I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014) 2,8 Ghz Intel Core i5
8 Go 1600 Mhz DDR3
SN: CO2NROM5G3qK
Can I get more RAM for this MacBook ?
Hi: No, the Retina models of MacBook Pro are not upgradeable after purchase, they can only be ordered built with a specific amount of RAM.
The last MacBook Pros that were RAM upgradeable were the 2012 non-Retina models.

Hi – Do you have the 8 GB (x2) memory upgrade to 16 GB for my laptop –
MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012)
Processor – 2.9 GHZ Dual Core Intel i7
Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB
Memory – 8 GB
1600 MH2 DDRS
I understand the machine only has two memory slots for original 8GB total – but can be upgraded to 16 GB? Can you help?
Many thanks!! Paul
Hi Paul
You can go to 16 GB on the Mid 2012 non-Retina model of MacBook Pro with 2 x 8 GB modules CanadaRAM MacBook Pro 2012 memory
As of 2020-08-22 the prices for the different brands of memory available, range from CAD $134 to $148 for the kit.
